Mode A/B. Chain of Command. When money enters. How it all works.

The A/B System

Every Warrior chooses one of two accountability modes.

MODE A

VAGUE PLEA

Screen locks. Guardian sees: "They're requesting access."
No details. Not the site, not the URL.
Guardian decides: Approve or Deny.
The shame is in having to ask.

MODE B

FULL EXPOSURE

Access is allowed—no blocking.
System captures: URL, timestamp, duration, confession, mugshot.
Guardian receives full evidence package.
The deterrent is certainty of being seen.

Chain of Command

Your Guardian selects who else can see your breaches. You may not know who's in the Chain.

Guardian has full discretion. They can handle privately, escalate gradually, or go Nuclear immediately. The uncertainty of who might see creates powerful deterrent.

Guardian's Options (Mode B)

When Guardian receives a Mode B breach notification:

1. HANDLE PRIVATELY

Talk directly. No escalation. No public shame. Incident logged for streak purposes.

2. ESCALATE TO CHAIN

Send to next person in Chain. Can be gradual (one at a time) or simultaneous.

3. EXECUTE CONSEQUENCES

Send to Wall of Shamely, social media, or Nuclear contacts (if pre-authorized).

4. SHOW MERCY

Let it slide. Incident still logged. Streak still resets. Affects Guardian's "mercy rate."

5. OFFER RANSOM

Monetary users only. Give Warrior choice: pay to bury, or accept shame.

When Money Enters

No escrow. We never hold user money.

Card on file via Stripe. Charge only at moment of consequence.

THE RANSOM

Guardian offers ransom ($X). Warrior chooses: pay to bury, or accept shame. 5-minute timer. If paid, Guardian gets 85%.

THE EXIT FEE

Warrior deletes app. Server detects missed heartbeats. Card pre-authorized. "Reinstall in 60 min or face consequences."

EMERGENCY RESET

Warrior locked out, needs access. Card pre-authorized. Guardian negotiates fee. Charged only when agreed.

PACT POTS

Group competition with money. Each member's card charged upfront. Money held by Stripe Connect. Winners split pot.

Accountability Destinations

Warrior pre-authorizes their maximum exposure. Guardian can't exceed it.
